1 lb Farmer’s cheese (tvorog)
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs sour cream
2 tbs sugar
1. Preheat the skillet with a table spoon of oil in it.
2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Mix all well.
4. Scoop a small ladle-full of mixture into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Serve with whatever topping your heart desires!
