Bananas Foster Crepes

Did you hear that PicMonkey got the collage feature?? No? Well, they did and you should run and play with it. That’s exactly what I have been doing tonight. I had so much fun that I decided to share this great dessert early!
Last week my mom and sister came over to babysit so my hubby and I can have a date. I always make my babysitters something to fill their tummies, as a small thank you. So I made them these crepes for dessert.

crepes

Makes 2 crepes (double and triple for more)

Ingredients:
2 Crepes (click for recipe)
1 banana
3 tbs butter
2 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs Banana Liquor
2 tbs Dark Rum

Directions:
1. Slice the banana in 8 slices.

2. In a medium pan, melt butter on medium-high heat. Add sugar and stir well.

3. Add banana slices and saute until the bananas start to soften.

4. Add the rum and liquor. Saute for about a minute.

5. Split the bananas between the crepes.

6. Roll the crepes and spoon the sauce, generously, over the rolled crepes.

Enjoy!!
