Macaroon Brownies. Delicious treat that's half gooey brownie and half coconut macaroon! from willcookforsmiles.com

So, I had big plans for the Memorial Day. Hubby was working in the morning but after work, I was going to send him to grill some shishkebobs. (I love me some chicken kebabs!) Then we got the “great news,” hurricane, that got downgraded to tropical storm, was headed right for us…head on! Oh the joys of hurricanes and panic that happens at the stores on those days.
Well, of course it as raining on and off all day but some sun did peek through in between. He decided to grill anyway if it clears up but luck wasn’t on our side. Just in case, I marinated the meat and got it all tasty and ready for the grill. Shishkebobs were great…in the oven! No grilling for us…
To cheer up this ugly, rainy day for us, I made these AWESOME Macaroon Brownies!
