Have you tried the wonderful creation called the “fluff salad” yet? If you have, then you know exactly why I’m obsessed with it. If not, well then go, RUN, and make one immediately! I know you’ll love it because I was an instant converter and from the first bite, I knew we were meant to be together.
For years, I’ve watched fluff salads floating around blogs and Pinterest and I just didn’t get the appeal of it…at first. Then, I thought about it, and thought about it, and realized that there is nothing that can be bad in this “salad.” You’ve got pudding, which is a smooth bowl of awesomeness. You’ve got marshmallows and it’s hard not to love marshmallows. You’ve got whipped cream and candy! The best part is that you can make any (yes, ANY) flavors of fluff your pretty little heart desires.
Fluff is a super easy dessert that you can customize for every holiday. It might seem too simple to be a holiday dessert but I’ve actually done it. I’ve served a coconut fluff salad for a holiday dinner before and everyone was in “awe.” You can put it in pretty martini glasses and decorate it with some candy or chocolate shavings on top. It makes a beautiful dessert that took you about 15 minutes to prepare!
