We found a new favorite cheeseburger! It’s an amazing tomato pepper cheeseburger made with fresh ciabatta bun, Aged Swiss cheese and Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper sandwich spread. This cheeseburger is full of flavor and perfectly juicy!
So when I say that we found a new favorite burger, I mean I found a new favorite burger. Hubby is still sticking to my Whiskey Burger as his all time favorite but he said this one came very close.
I actually pride myself on my burgers because they always come out so juicy and flavorful. I always make my own patties. Adding diced onion and a little bit of bread crumbs keeps the moisture inside for a nice, juicy burger. I always add some fresh herbs for extra flavor. For this cheeseburger, I also added diced veggies, tomato paste and some Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper sandwich spread right into the burger meat.
I got a chance to try all four Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper sandwich spread this week and I’m loving it! These spreads are available in four flavors: Smoked Bacon Ranch, Country Herb Ranch, Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan and Spicy Chipotle Pepper. Spicy Chipotle Pepper and Smoked Bacon Ranch are my two favorite. When I was deciding on lunch for this weekend, I thought that burgers would be perfect with one of these spreads. So much better than mayo! It’s actually making mayo look so blah now. I have to confess, I even dipped a couple of pretzels into the spread while cooking lunch. It was delicious!
Besides being delicious, they a lighter too! Hidden Valley sandwich spreads are made with cream cheese and white beans and they are low fat with one-third the calories of mayonnaise and only two grams of fat per serving.
