2 cups chopped lettuce
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1.4 cups chopped cucumbers
1/8 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbs minced parsley
2 small garlic cloves
1. Grill the shrimp with some salt, pepper and grated garlic.
2. Mince the parsley and grate the garlic into a small bowl
3. Add salt, pepper, yogurt and mayo. Mix well
4.Layer lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Top with shrimp and blue cheese crumbles. Serve with dressing
