This cocktail is not just gorgeous, it’s incredibly tasty! This beautiful pink cocktail tastes like raspberry cake and who wouldn’t love that?!
Happy October, everyone!
My favorite month of my favorite season is here! This is when the weather starts to get cooler, leaves start to turn beautiful colors and all the great holidays are coming up, starting with Halloween. I love Halloween! I don’t even care that I’m almost 30, I get excited about shopping for my own costume as much as for my little guy’s. Since we usually have two or three events to go to each year, I actually wear a different costume each time. Yes, I even paint my face. It’s too fun!
But you know that October is not just about Halloween. October is also National Breast Cancer Awareness month. Ever year I make something special and this year I made a fun cocktail that would be perfect for a girls night out…or in.
This is a Raspberry Cake Cocktail and it’s like drinking a cake! (Without all the cake calories of course.) Since liquors in this drink (except raspberry liqueur) are not sweet, I used Sweet’N Low to sweeten this drink. By doing that, I created a delicious dessert cocktail without all the guilt that comes with eating a dessert.
