This is another one of my creations in attempt to avoid carbs by substituting yummy salads 🙂
This can be served on its own or on top of a green salad. Also you can serve it as a side dish.
2 packs of Crab meat
About a cup of Cabbage
2 medium Carrots
1. Boil the eggs
2. Shred the carrots and cut the cabbage julienne (thin)
3. Chop the crab meal into small cubes
4. Cut the eggs in the egg cutter, if you don’t have one… (get one I love that this, save you lots of time, hehe)… just chop the eggs into small cubes.
5. Add everything to a mixing bowl. Add mayo, salt and pepper, to the taste, mix well.
