Ever since I made my Sesame Chicken, I’ve been wanting to experiment a little more with sesame seeds. I had some chicken tenders in the freezer that we calling out to me “cook me, cook me”!
So here is my great idea! It turned out so good, and the sauce compliments the sesame chicken very well. Another great plus is that it took me 30 minutes total, so its perfect for a week night dinner.

Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1 tsp paprika
3 tbs of sesame seed oil
1 package of chicken tenders (about 6 strips)
salt, pepper

For sauce:
1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
1/2 cup of marmalade

Directions:
1. Whisk the egg whites and some salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.

2. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, sesame seeds, some salt and pepper. Mix well.

3. Pour the sesame oil in the medium skillet and set heat on medium
4. Dip the chicken strips first in the bread crumb mixture, then in egg whites, then again in bread crumb mixture.

5. Cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, until nice and crispy.

6. Mix the mustard and marmalade very well and serve with the tenders.

Enjoy!!

I made this and followed the recipe, it was amazing. The only thing I needed to do was add more sesame seed oil to the pan as I was coking the chicken. The chicken turned out so moist and delicious. I didn’t have marmalade or dijon mustard, so I used honey mustard instead which partnered with it really well. This was easy and delicious to make, thanks!

I also made brown rice with egg, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and soy sauce on the side which was incredibly delicious!!!
