Pecan, Sage, and Gruyere Turkey Salad

Pecans, sage, and Gruyere cheese add great flavors and compliment the holiday season very well.

  • About 3 cups chopped cooked turkey packed
  • 3 oz Gruyere cheese diced
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 5-6 fresh sage leaves minced
  • Salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


  1. Combine turkey, Gruyere cheese, pecans, and sage in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add salt, pepper, mayo, and sour cream. Mix until all combined.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Note: this recipe doesn't have to be done with leftover turkey. You can get turkey breast at the store and roast it according the the instructions on the package.
