Fresh Grapefruit Sangria
This sangria is made with fresh grapefruit, vanilla bean, slightly sweet wine and light rum.

Ingredients

large grapefruit

whole vanilla bean

white granulated sugar

white wine
Riesling is preferred

light rum

club soda or 7Up
choose per personal sweetness preference
Instructions
Cut grapefruit into large cubes and pace it in a large pitcher. Try to save all the juices from cutting too.
Add vanilla bean and sprinkle sugar over it.
Add rum and then, white wine.
Stir very well.
Add 7Up and place it in the fridge. For best results, let sangria stand in the bridge overnight but give it at least 6 hours to "marinade."
