Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

Holiday Champagne Cocktail that's made with homemade cranberry and pomegranate syrup.

  • 2 bottles of champagne chilled
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice or juice from 1 large pomegranate
  • 6 packets of Sweet 'N Low


  • In a small sauce pot, over medium heat, combine cranberries, pomegranate juice, water and Sweet 'N Low.
  • Bring to simmer and let it cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  • Mash the berries as much as you can with the back of a wooden spoon and mix well.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine strainer to get rid of berry chunks.
  • Let syrup cool to room temperature before adding to champagne cocktail.
  • Pour about 2 tablespoons of syrup into each champagne flute and fill it with 4-5 oz of champagne, depending of the size of your champagne glass.
