seeded and minced

sliced in rounds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking dish.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in minced jalapenos, garlic, salt, chili powder and cumin until all evenly combined.
Mix in grated Monterrey Jack cheese until evenly incorporated.
Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish and top off with Mexican cheese mix and sliced jalapeno pepper.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Serve warm.
