Citrus Key Lime Salsa
This citrus salsa is made with grapefruit, clementines, key limes and agave nectar.

Ingredients

large grapefruit
4
clementines
1
key lime

agave nectar
Instructions
Peel the grapefruit completely, including the skin off of the individual slices.
Peel the outer skin off the clementines and cut the slices in half.
Combine the grapefruit and clementines in a bowl and add the zest of the key lime.
Squeeze the key lime juice into the bowl as well.
Add the agave nectar and mix gently.
