Ingredients

large ripe white peach

scoops of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

scoop of peach sorbet

Instructions
Take the skin off the peach and take out the peach pit.
Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend well.
You may have to add a little bit more milk, depending on how juicy the peach was.
