Ingredients

  • Apple Pie Dip:
  • 3 gala apples
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1 1/2 tbs flour
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 2 tbs water
  • Cream Cheese Mix:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients for the cream cheese mix in a mixing bowl and beat well until light and fluffy.
  2. Peel, core and dice the apples.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir well. Add the brown sugar and stir well.
  4. Add the diced apples, apple pie spice and water, stir and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft.
  5. Cool the apple pie filling for a few minutes, so it's no longer scolding hot.
