1fresh baked pitafind it in bakery section or use your favorite pita
1can of good quality tuna in water
1/2large green bell pepper
1small tomato
2tbschopped green onion
2tbssliced black olives
2tbschopped banana peppers
1/4cupsliced red onion
1/4cupfeta cheese
2-3tbsherb aioli
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
For aioli, just whisk the ingredients vigorously, until all well blended.
Combine the ingredients for the sandwich (except pita of course) in the bowl and gently fold until the aioli is evenly spread but the tuna is still chunky.
Cut the pita in half and divide the Greek tuna chunky salad between the two halves.
