Easter Marshmallow Oreo Truffles

These are Oreo Truffles made with golden marshmallow crispy Oreos and marshmallow fluff, and then coated in colorful candy coating.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Marshmallow crispy Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup of marshmallow fluff
  • Pink blue and yellow candy melts, 1 cup of each

Instructions

  1. Pulse the Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor until you get coarse crumbs.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until all evenly combined.
  3. Using a standard cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and roll it into balls. Place them on a large parchment paper covered cutting board.
  4. Put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the candy melts in separate, microwave safe containers, according to the package. (Remember to melt them on half power if using a microwave.)
  6. Dip the dough balls in the melted candy coating and place them back onto the parchment paper to solidify.
  7. Keep covered, in the refrigerator.
