Blue Cheese Coleslaw

This Blue Cheese Coleslaw is absolutely delicious, made with vinegar dressing and blue cheese crumbles.

  • 1 medium head of cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 of small red cabbage shredded
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil can substitute virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot, blue cheese crumbles, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar and oil.
  3. Pour oil mixture into the cabbage mixture and mix very well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
