BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Fries {Simple Summer Celebration Giveaway}

Crispy baked French Fries loaded with hickory-smoked pulled BBQ pork, sauteed mushrooms and onion and lots of cheese!

  • 1 lb French Fries
  • 2 cups of Byron's BBQ pulled pork
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup of shredded four cheese mix
  • Chives for topping optional


  1. Bake fries according to the package.
  2. While fries is baking, saute mushrooms and onions with a little bit of salt and pepper, until onions become transparent. Add pulled pork and saute onions, mushrooms and pork together for about 10 minutes.
  3. Once fully baked, lay out fries in an oven-safe serving dish, spreading it evenly, top it off with pulled pork mixture. Top it off with shredded cheese and put it back in the oven until cheese is melted. (You can also set it under broil.)
  4. Sprinkle with some chopped chives and serve.
