This creamy, delicious, and easy White Bean Dip is prepared in about 5 minutes! Full of flavor from parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs, and lemon, it’s nearly impossible to just have one bite.
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the drizzling oil, in a blender and pulse until blended and completely smooth. Make sure to stop and scrape the sides and bottom of the food processor when needed.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil on top.
Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers, fresh or toasted baguette slices, and/or flatbread.
Notes
*Tip: cut your garlic clove in half, widthwise. If it have a green sprout running along the center, that means garlic is older and that sprout will have a strong and somewhat bitter taste. It's best to remove that sprout before adding garlic to the dip.Another garlic option: if fresh garlic flavor is a bit overwhelming to you, you can quickly roast the garlic with some olive oil in a pan. Cut it in half and roast it until golden. You can also substitute oven-roasted garlic if you have any.
