Ingredients

oz.
package of Barilla Ready Pasta
1
Tbsp.
olive oil
3
large garlic cloves
4
oz.
frozen spinach
(you can also use fresh, just cook it down first)
¾
cup
heavy whipping cream
2
Tbsp.
grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

cup
chopped rotisserie chicken
Instructions
Prepare Barilla Ready Pasta according to the package instructions.
In a sauce pot, heat up oil over medium heat. Add pressed garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add heavy whipping cream and stir. Heat through (don't boil) and add dry Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes.
Slice chicken and add it to the sauce. Add pasta and mix everything well.
Serve right away.
Optional: you can add some more Parmesan cheese on top as serving.
