Peel mango and cut out the seed. Chop mango meat into small cubes and add it to a mixing bowl, saving as much juice as possible.
Peel lychee fruit and take the meat off the seed. I recommend opening lychees over the mixing bowl so that you can collect the juice as you open the fruit.
Chop lychee fruit and add it to the bowl as well. Again, try to save the juices.
Add blueberries to the bowl as well. (Add honey or agave nectar if using.)
**Note: chia seeds soak up juices as they sit in liquid and become gelatinous. If you don't like that texture and prefer them crunchy, add chia seeds right before serving. If you don't mind that texture, mix them with fruit.**
Add mixed fruit into a bowl and top off with granola and coconut flakes.
