It's a Hot Veggie Dip, delicious dip made with fresh veggies, cream cheese, Swiss cheese...oh and it's served warm.

8ozneufchatel cheeseyou will find it next to cream cheese at the store, softened
1cupof shredded Swiss cheese
1heaping tbs of mayo
1heaping tbs of sour cream
1tspfresh dill weed
saltpepper to taste
1/4cupfinely chopped broccoli
1/4cupfinely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4cupfinely chopped red bell pepper
2tbsfinely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4cupfinely chopped yellow onion
2tbsfinely chopped carrots
1/8tspred pepper flakes
oil to saute the veggies
2tbsSwiss cheese for topping
Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.
Saute all the veggie until they reach your desired level of doneness (I prefer them a little crunchy but some may like it soft.) Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper flakes, mix well and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, mayo, sour cream, dill weed, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
Mix in the veggies and transfer into the baking dish. Spread evenly and top it off with the 2 tbs of Swiss cheese.
