Spinach Parmesan Dip

Delicious hot dip made with lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and spinach.

  • 9 oz cooked spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 6-7 oz of Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano freshly grated
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • fresh cracked pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
  3. Transfer into a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes
  4. Take off the foil, sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan over the top and bake, uncovered, for 10 more minutes.
