Defrost puff pastry and lay it flat on a greased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400.
Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, just leave about 1/2 inch boarder uncovered.
Spread stuffing and turkey evenly over the cranberry sauce.
Carefully break the eggs into each corner of the pastry. (Imagine cutting the tart into 4 even squares, so you will want to place the egg on each "square.") I also recommend very carefully breaking the white, not the yolk, but the white.
Place baking sheet into the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, depending on how done you want your egg. I don't recommend baking longer than 20 minutes or tart will be dry and you might burn the pastry edges.
