Garlic and Spinach Alfredo Chicken Pasta

This delicious, creamy chicken pasta dish is made with spinach and garlic Alfredo sauce, tender rotisserie chicken, and quick and easy pasta.

  • 1 8.5 oz. package of Barilla Ready Pasta
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 4 oz. spinach frozen (you can also use fresh, just cook it down first)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. dry Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken


  1. Prepare Barilla Ready Pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a sauce pot, heat up oil over medium heat. Add pressed garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add heavy whipping cream and stir. Heat through (don't boil) and add dry Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for a couple more minutes.
  4. Slice chicken and add it to the sauce. Add pasta and mix everything well.
  5. Serve right away.
  6. Optional: you can add some more Parmesan cheese on top as serving.
