Ingredients

3 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz gin
1/2 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
1/4 oz lemon juice
2 oz prosecco

Instructions

Add some ice to the cocktail shaker and add in pomegranate juice, gin, St. Germain, pomegranate liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake well and strain it into a glass with ice.
(Alternately, you can use the same ice that is in the cocktail shaker. )
Top it off with some prosecco.
Expert tip: to mix the cocktail, give it just one or two gentle stirs so that minimal bubbles are released.

Notes

Substitutions:

Swap gin for vodka or light rum.
Use club soda or champagne instead of prosecco.
If you don’t have/like St-Germain, use more pomegranate liqueur or orange liqueur.

Make ahead: Mix everything except prosecco and ice ahead of time and keep it refrigerated and closed air-tight. Add prosecco right before serving.
