Ingredients
Whiskey BBQ:

vegetable oil
1/2
onion
sliced

garlic cloves
chopped

whiskey

ketchup

tomato sauce

malt vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

Tbsp
brown sugar

honey

cayenne
more if you like more heat

Instructions
Heat up oil in a medium sauce pot, over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic and saute until transparent.
Add whiskey and simmer, still over medium heat, for a few minutes.
Whisk in all remaining ingredients. Mix well and lower the heat to medium-low.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
Run sauce through a strainer.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight jar.
