Ingredients

red potatoes

tbsp
canola oil

garlic cloves

garlic powder

onion powder

Instructions
Prep the grill until the coals are ready and ashed over. Grease a large veggie grill basket with some cooking spray.
Chop red potatoes into about 1/2-inch cubes and place them into a mixing bowl.
Press garlic and add it to the bowl with potatoes.
Add oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until potatoes are all evenly coated with seasoning.
Transfer potatoes into the prepared veggies grill basket. Spread potatoes evenly.
Cook potatoes on the grill with the lid closed until potatoes are tender and make cute to stir them often so they cook evenly.
