1full Bacon and onion savory waffleround or square
1/2Tbspoil for cooking eggs
2eggs
1Tbspwater
Salt
Black pepper
1-2ozSmoked cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat a small pan over medium heat and add a little bit of oil.
Slice cheese and set aside.
Toast the waffle if it's frozen.
Whisk eggs with water, salt, and pepper until smooth. (You can use water for fluffier scrambled eggs or substitute whole milk for creamier scrambled eggs.)
Add whisked egg mixture to the hot pan and cook, stirring and folding constantly, until the eggs are cooked.
Cut the waffle in half and place eggs on one half of the waffle. Top it off with cheese and the other half of the waffle.
