Green Naan Pizza

Fluffy naan bread topped with Mozzarella cheese and green peppers, baked and then topped with avocado, scallions and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • About 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly drizzle both naan breads with olive oil and sprinkle with some salt.
  3. Spread Mozzarella cheese all over the bread and add bell pepper slices.
  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Once baked, add diced avocado, scallions and cilantro. Add some salt to taste and serve.
