Fluffy naan bread topped with Mozzarella cheese and green peppers, baked and then topped with avocado, scallions and cilantro.

About 1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2cupsMozzarella cheese
1green bell pepper
2Tbspminced fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Lightly drizzle both naan breads with olive oil and sprinkle with some salt.
Spread Mozzarella cheese all over the bread and add bell pepper slices.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Once baked, add diced avocado, scallions and cilantro. Add some salt to taste and serve.
