Light Oreo Milkshake
Oreo milkshake is usually an indulgent treat so let’s make it a little lighter so you can have a few more sips with a little less guilt.

To make this fun milkshake a little lighter, we use low fat frozen yogurt as a base and then, thin it out with skim milk. Of course, we can’t do much about the Oreo cookies because that’s the main and best ingredient here.
So let’s blend it all together and enjoy this treat make with the best cookies every but with a little less guilt!

Skinny Oreo Milkshake
Ingredients
- 2 cups Low Fat Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
- 1 cup Skim milk
- 8-10 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in the blender and turn it on for a few second.
- Add the low fat chocolate frozen yogurt and skim milk. Blend well until all smooth.
- Enjoy it like you've never tasted an Oreo before 🙂 !
