Chicken Cordon Bleu Dip, Super Bowl Snack-Off

It’s challenge time!! I was asked to be a part of the Super Bowl Snack-Off and of course, I said YES!
Hellloooo…Super Bowl…snacks… Lets Do it!
Wayfair asked me to participate in another great challenge that they put together. This time it was a Super Bowl Snack-Off and I am ready for a challenge. The challenge was to come up with a Super Bowl Snack using a slow cooker. I got my new toy, Hamilton Beach slow cooker from Wayfair and I was all ready to go.

I was walking around the store for about thirty minutes, trying to decide on what to make. My first thought was Taco Dip but it was done to death and I really wanted chicken. Cordon Blue just popped in my head…So Chicken Cordon Blue Dip it is!
 Chicken Cordon Blue Dip

16 oz cream cheese
1 cup of shredded Sharp White Cheddar
1 cup of shredded Swiss
2 chicken breasts, (baked or boiled, plain)
5 oz ham
3 medium garlic cloves
2 tbs chopped green onion
salt, fresh cracked pepper
1. Chop chicken and ham into small cubes.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all  the ingredients and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
4. Cook on Low for about an hour and a half to two hours. (Keep an eye on it.)
I really hope you try it because it’s like crack! Really, I thought it would be good but it is so much better than I expected! I made it for the “boys get-together” and it was gone in minutes. Have fun “couchgating”!!
(Haha, KFC commercial is funny)
