Great snack to impress everyone on a movie night. Your guests will feel special munching on this gourmet Italian Truffle Oil Popcorn and will never know that it only takes five minutes to prepare and it’s light!
So I’ve been a little obsessed with truffle oil lately. It adds so much to food and completely changes the flavor pallet. It can turn an ordinary plate of fries into something awesome! Just like this popcorn…
Combination of fresh herbs, Parmesan cheese and truffle oil makes this snack burst in flavor with every bite. I don’t know what will be more exciting on your next movie night, this popcorn or the movie? I bet on the popcorn!
Lets get down to the best part…It can’t get any easier to make! Just mix oil, spices and herbs together in a large mixing bowl, pop a bag of Skinnygirl popcorn and add it to the bowl. Add dry Parmesan cheese while popcorn is still hot and toss, toss, toss. To make it a little more interesting, try adding some unsalted pretzels. Pretzels will compliment this snack very well.
Seriously, this is so easy, you can make it while the movie is loading!

Italian Truffle Oil Popcorn
- 1 bag of Skinnygirl popcorn
- 1 1/2 Tbsp truffle oil
- 1 tsp fresh minced basil
- 1 tsp fresh minced Italian parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- fresh cracked pepper
- 2 Tbsp dry Parmesan
- In a large bowl, combine truffle oil, herbs and pepper and mix well.
- Pop the popcorn according to the package instructions.
- Add popped popcorn immediately to the bowl, add Parmesan cheese and mix all well.
- Serve right away.
