White Chocolate Peppermint Fluff Salad

Why My Chocolate Peppermint Fluff Salad So Good
- It’s completely no-bake, so it’s one less thing competing for oven space during the holidays.
- The candy cane kisses and peppermint bark give it crunch and a real peppermint flavor, not just a hint of mint extract.
- It’s endlessly customizable. Swap the pudding flavor, the candy, or the mix-ins and you’ve got a completely different fluff salad for the next holiday.
Key Ingredients
- White chocolate instant pudding mix – make sure it’s the instant kind, not cook-and-serve, since instant pudding sets up without any heat.
- COOL Whip – let it thaw fully in the refrigerator before using so it folds in smoothly instead of leaving lumps.
- Candy cane chocolate Kisses and peppermint bark – chop both finely so the peppermint flavor and crunch distribute evenly through the salad instead of clumping in a few bites.
- Mini marshmallows – these stay whole and add a soft, chewy texture throughout.

How to Make White Chocolate Peppermint Fluff Salad
- Make the pudding base – Combine the pudding mix and whole milk in a large mixing bowl and whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes, until it starts to thicken.
- Fold in the COOL Whip – Fold it in gently rather than stirring hard, which helps keep the fluff salad light instead of deflating it.
- Fold in the marshmallows – Fold them in until evenly distributed.
- Add the candy – Finely chop the candy cane kisses and peppermint bark, then fold the chopped candy in until fully incorporated.
- Chill – Transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so the pudding base fully sets.

Storing Recommendation
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This salad can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months, though the texture is best when served fresh or refrigerated.

Hi, Kellie, you could definitely use vanilla pudding instead. 🙂
Can anyone tell me how many servings the Peppermint Fluff makes?

Thanks
Hi Ruthann,
This recipe makes 8-10 servings. It makes about 10 cups.
Servings differ depending on how much people will eat.
Yum! I bet this would be really good with oreo pieces mixed in. Pinning!
