I sure hope that you didn’t say “no” because HERE…IT…COMES!
Since after Halloween is over, we all start planning our Thanksgiving dinners, I wanted to make one more Halloween party treat. It is actually perfect for any day but I think it would be perfect for a Halloween party, whether it’s for kids or adults.
My hubby has been OBSESSED with the new Hershey’s pumpkin kisses so I made these brownies for him. I also made cookies with these pumpkin kisses. If I remember to take pictures next time I make the cookies, I will share them with you. Oops.
Before I share the brownie recipe, I want to share our Spooktacular night. Yesterday, we went to the zoo for their Spooktacular Halloween event. We go to this event every year, it’s always fun. This year, we had even more fun since the little guys is old enough to understand what is going on. We dressed up, trick-or-treated and danced.
My favorite part of the night was when the little guy climbed right on the stage with the DJ and started dancing. We took a point-and-shoot camera with us and it was just not cooperating. All the pictures of him facing me and dancing were blurry. I’m so mad. He was so cute, dancing with the DJ!
Alright, now on to the Brownies!
These brownies are very easy to make. Just prepare your favorite brownies mix, I used Ghirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix. Unwrap the pumpkin kisses.
Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease the mini cupcake pan.
Fill the cupcake cups half way and press the pumpkin kisses in the center. Top off the kisses with more brownie batter, until covered.
