The summer is in full swing and that means lot’s of summer flavors are being used. I’ve been seeing so much coconut, tropical fruit and key lime recipes being shared that I can feel the summer love.

I am fairly new to your blog but I am loving it… I don’t think we can get Key Limes in our area but will ask around, love anything lime & coconut! You are definitely not good for my waistline ha ha ha….and being diabetic its rare that I’d make treats like this, but I still do for special occasions or potlucks…

Hey dear! I live in WV, so we have no key limes here but I can pick up real key lime juice at my grocery store. Look for Nellie & Joe’s Famous Key West Lime Juice. It is in a yellow plastic bottle and is usually in the baking aisle or with the juices or cocktail mixers. 🙂 Hope that helps!
