I did everything I could to resist copying your apple bacon gouda grilled cheese and I lost the fight. It just looks so scrumptious and Honey Crisp are my very favorite apples. and I love Gouda cheese, and bacon…please. It’s a trifecta and I have 2 of the ingredients already. My kitchen is calling me.
lyuba says
I hope you made it and devoured it! Thank you, Barbara!

This sandwich looks beyond amazing, Lyuba! And while I love both pumpkin and apple recipes, this time of year, my heart belongs to pumpkin. I feel like I can get away with apple recipes all year long, but pumpkin is limited to just a few months. (Thanks for including my pumpkin waffles in your list, by the way!) 🙂

Pumpkin is the best this time of year! Thank you, Samantha!
